If you are not completely satisfied with your Lil'
Diva product, send it back to us within sixty
(60) days of the shipment date, along with a
copy of your receipt.
We
will gladly exchange your product (same style/size/fabric
if it is still available) or give you a refund (excluding
any shipping charges and sales tax). We always aim to
please our customers!
NOTE: You
will be responsible for paying any fees/charges related
to shipping the item back to us. Lil' Diva does not
assume any responsibility for any lost or misdirected
return items. We recommend that you ship your return
via a carrier that has package tracking capabilities
(FedEx®, UPS®, or similar carrier). The U.S.
Postal Service cannot actually track a package; they
can just confirm delivery.
