Verification
of Student Information |
Since the Bagged4Book$ program is strictly
for college student participation, Lil' Diva reserves
the right to contact your college administration department
to verify that you are, in fact, a student at that specific
college.
If it has been determined that the information you provided
to Lil' Diva is false, you will be notified by e-mail
with this information, and you will not be allowed to
participate in the Bagged4Book$ program.

Placement
of Banners |
Lil'
Diva Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Lil' Diva will not permit
the placement of banners or links on any website which,
in our sole judgement is participating in, but not necessarily
limited to; The Transfer of Warez (pirated software),
Hate Mongering, Pornography, Lewdness, Extreme Religious
Beliefs and any other site which we deem to be conducting
Illegal or Immoral Activity.

Taxes
|
US Residents: By law, we must
report all earnings as non-employee compensation to the
IRS should your earnings for a given year amount to $600.00
or more. If you reach this amount during the
calendar year, we will mail you IRS Form W-9 that you
must fill out, sign, and return to us by mail with photocopies
of a valid ID (such as driver's license, or Credit Card)
and your Social Security Card or Employee Identification
Number before you will receive another commission payment.
Anyone discovered attempting to avoid tax payment by signing
up as a new Bagged4Book$ Member when approaching $600.00
in commission payments will be dropped from our Bagged4Book$
Program immediately and reported to the IRS.

Commission |
Commission checks will be processed
and mailed out around the 15th of each month for the previous
month's sales to allow time for any returns/refunds. In
the event a refund is issued for any order that was a
result of your referral, and you were already paid a commission
based upon that order, the appropriate commission amount
will be deducted from your next commission payment. You
will be notified about the refunded order and what your
deducted amount will be. Please allow 30 days for payments
to be disbursed before inquiring as to the whereabouts
of your payment.
All commissions are paid in US funds. It is highly
recommended that you open a PayPal®
account so that your funds will get to you faster. PayPal®
charges a nominal fee to receive any payments, but the
funds will be deposited into your designated account
much quicker than waiting for a check.

Spamming/Junk
Faxing |
Lil' Diva Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Lil'
Diva is firmly against SPAMMING and JUNK FAXING, and although
we feel it is acceptable to send your Member Number link
to friends and family members, if we receive ANY substantiated
reports that you are SPAMMING or JUNK FAXING, you will
be dropped from our Bagged4Book$ Program immediately and
without warning. NO SECOND CHANCES! Unsolicited advertisments
through e-mail or fax costs everyone money and will result
in our mail server being blacklisted. We do not condone
these forms of advertisement under ANY circumstances.

Lil'
Diva Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a Lil' Diva reserves the right
to cancel, or alter our Bagged4Book$ Program at any time.
Neither the Content or Trademarks, nor any portion of
our web site or any marketing materials (including t-shirts,
postcards, and any other types of marketing materials)
may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold,
accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or
in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
